Responsible Disclosure

At Mesh we take the security of our services and our client's data seriously. We understand the importance of responsible disclosure and the value of working with security researchers and other third parties to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

We encourage anyone who discovers a potential security issue on our website or in our services to report it to us as soon as possible. We commit to promptly investigating and resolving any vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

To report a vulnerability, please send an email to our security team at security@meshsecurity.io with the following information:

• A description of the vulnerability, including the impacted component and potential impact on our website or clients' data

• Steps to reproduce the vulnerability or proof of concept code

• Your contact information, including your name and email address

Our security team will acknowledge receipt of your report within 72 hours, and will provide periodic updates on the status of the investigation and resolution of the vulnerability.

We ask that you refrain from sharing any information about the vulnerability with anyone else until we have had the opportunity to investigate and mitigate the issue.

We understand that reporting vulnerabilities can be time-consuming and we appreciate the effort of anyone who takes the time to report a vulnerability to us. While we don’t currently offer monetary rewards, we acknowledge on our website those who report vulnerabilities to us that are deemed to be valid and have not previously been reported.
